This is the good batch.
What I failed to include in the picture was batch #1 (rock-hard, vaguely edible, burnt bottoms) and batch #2 (slightly less hard, edible).
Next time I shall strive towards making cookies with fudgey centres. A person can always dream, yes?
Can't wait for the break!!!
